The 'Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture' offers you the easy way to establish the current state of the culture within your organization. With a predefined questionnaire, you will be able to quickly pinpoint areas of concern. The app empowers all file management steps, analyzing tools, dashboards, user management, reporting tools and more to work on a sustainable safer environment, while saving time and money.
Despite the widespread acknowledgement that a good hospital safety culture is needed to sustainable improve patient safety, many healthcare organizations struggle with it. More than once there is a discrepancy between the supposed state of affairs and the actual one. Board and management can be in the dark while staff and employees are eager to communicate on this topic. One should assess the actual safety culture in order to set goals for the future. Naturally these goals should be met in time by dedicated action for improvement.
The 'Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture' is based on and compliant with the concept of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). It will take respondents through nine short sections of questioning.
Phase 1 – Setting out a survey

Phase 2 – Collecting data and reporting information
