TPSC's 'OHS'app is a complete solution for online registration, review, analyzing and handling injuries, accidents, hazards and occupational diseases.
The app delivers a best practice, ready to use solution, but can also be loaded and configured for the local forms, processes, letters and reports used for analyzing all within 7 days and the system can be fully functional after just 2 days training for involved managers.

Problem definition
An employer should create the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being for workers in all occupations. Therefore it is very important to prevent employees from health causes by their working condions. A program is needed to protect workers from risks in their working environment. On order to avoid potential harm, disease and costs it is very important to register every hazardous situation, occupational health diseases, injury or accident at work. With a smart framework and registration system, every healthcare organization will reduce risk, prevent harm, injuries and other damage while saving money.
Course of solution
Phase 1 – Incident reporting through the app
Every employee will have direct acces to the online reporting form.
Workers can report any injury / accident, hazardous situation or occupational desease they sufferd during work.
Application submission requires no training and logins.
Phase 2 – Review
Each repoted incident creates a file, which will be assigned to their appropriate workflow.
The reported injury, accident or occupational disease will be handled by the company human resource management or risk department.
Phase 3 – Consideration, planning and action
The reported injury, accident or occupational desease can be directly communicated to anyone involved. Each of them then is able to take the appropiate action.
Reports are automatically created to analyze all reported events for monitoring and control purposes.
All letters and actions arising from the Committee's review are linked to the electronic ‘file’ for follow up.

The 'Occupational Health and Safety' (OHS) app operates as a configurable program on the TPSC Cloud™. It creates the possibilities for all healthcare institutions to get full insight in occupational health and safety issues and direct necessary (automated) steps to create a safer environment, reduce risk and save money. It supports several analysing techniques for both short as well as long term purposes.
Database connections with other systems can be easily made, for example to extract and load employee information using our Cloud Connector. It's also easy to relate data with other apps as 'Adverse Events'. This gives an overall overview of the cause and effect of incidents.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESSING - The app allows all personnel to process reporting online. Automated workflows collate and distribute additional information, endorsements, recommendations. Follow up recommendations or actions are tracked automatically.
REQUIRES MINIMAL TRAINING - Any staff member involved in the OHS process - whether making decisions, reviewing recommendations or tracking progress on follow up actions - only needs to learn specific areas of the backoffice of the app.
