Our Canadian partner developed the new app ‘Emergency Department Patient Experience Survey’. This app provides a mirror for Emergency Department staff to understand wait times in terms of how patients experienced their visit to the Emergency Department.
Overcrowded emergency departments often are a consequence of bottlenecks that occur throughout the hospital system. The Delay in Service App helps to identify delays in tests, treatment and consultations, admissions, discharges and transfer for patients, in any location on any day of the week.

Our value added agent from Canada has developed a new app ‘Post-Hysterectomy Patient Advice and Outcome’. This is an extensive app that provides tracking and Adverse Event reporting for patients post-hysterectomy. From April 16th the app can be downloaded from our App Center.
The hospital Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospitaal on Aruba starts using TPSC Cloud™ to improve quality of care. For some time the hospital was looking for a new incident management system.
