The Belgian network of Adheco, partner of The Patient Safety Company, keeps expanding: this time the Jan Yperman hospital has chosen to implement the Clinical Risk Management System of TPSC throughout the whole organisation. Employees were already reporting systematically all incidents, but from now on the CRMS will enable them to also analyse all (near) incidents, to classify them and to set up improvement actions.

For many years, Jan Yperman has build up an extensive experience with (digitally) reporting of medical incidents, aggressions, complaints, labour accidents uitgebreide expertise opgebouwd met het (electronisch) melden van zorgincidenten, agressiemeldingen, lost of damaged goods, suggestions and more.

About the Jan Yperman hospital 
Jan Yperman hospital is the result of a fusion between three regional hospitals in the region Ieper - Poperinge (Kliniek Zwarte Zusters, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe-hospital in Ieper and Maria hospital in Poperinge) and all activities are now grouped on one site. The new hospital countws 481 bedden, 88 dag care beds and nearly 1000 staff members.
