TPSC InventoryTM is a software product that helps you to get inventories done in no time. Inventories can be done because we need to comply with the law or because it is part of your overall quality and safety policy. For example, you can do a risk inventory or a safety round. Your employees will find it easy to answer your questionnaires thanks to the way you can click yourself through the questions. In case they cannot answer on the spot, they have the possibility to park questions and answer them at a more convenient time. The questionnaire can be created by yourself or you can use the ones which are available. |
|
How does it work? |
|
1.You start by creating a new inventory. In case you also create the questionnaire you can do that using branches that prevent having to answer unnecessary questions. |
4.Classify the bottlenecks in a risk matrix, according to the parameters of frequency and gravity. |
2.Send the questionnaire (or parts of it) to the recipients. |
5.Add to every bottleneck an action, thus resulting in Plan of Action. |
3.Accumulate the answers and the possible bottlenecks. In practice, you can take every negative answer as a bottleneck. |
6.If you also use TPSC Improve, forward the action plans into the quality improvement tracker and keep an overview on progress. |
Top 5 advantages |
|
1.TPSC Inventory enables you to perform an inventory in a short time, for example a risk inventory and evaluation. |
4.TPSC Inventory is flexible and can comply with your wishes. You can therefore add or change questions yourself. Now or in hindsight. |
2.TPSC Inventory gives you the possibility to compare inventories in time and give you insight in progression obtained. |
5.TPSC Inventory creates an overview of bottlenecks after the evaluation is done, based on answering the question negatively. The bottlenecks are classified along frequency and gravity. Add an action point to a bottleneck and create an Action Plan to improve your organization! |
3.TPSC Inventory has standard questionnaires to start with or you can easily build your own questionnaire (if you are the administrator). |
