The Basic version of our Clinical Risk Management System (CRMS) is for those organizations, which

  1. take the very first steps into the field of gathering (near) incidents systematically to learn more about their organization.
  2. are very small and there is no need for an ICT system to sustain all the internal communication
  3. have limited economic resources, but understand that measuring (near) incidents leads to improvements and cost reduction!

Basic does not offer analyses modules, has a very limited capacity for linking into other, existing ICT systems and quality improvement planning is rather limited.

However, Basic does enable you to get started with a professional ICT tool. In practice we have seen many times that an advanced ICT system yields up to 5 times more reports than any other self build system!
