Hospitals are often in more advanced stages of incident reporting. Sometimes because legislation has led them to do so, some other times because the hospitals choose to be on the forefront of medical trends.

Larger hospitals opt for developing a complete Clinical Risk Management System, composed of the Incident Management System, prospective and retrospective analyses methods and a comprehensive tool to plan and monitor improvement actions. Groups of hospitals may acquire our product as a service where each individual hospital links into a remote server; thus allowing the whole group to benchmark performances and problem areas.
