Software for your incident analyses

Always_Events_stel_de_patient_central

Our incident management application is the solution to analyze (near) incidents.

This comprehensive incident management solution groups all data concerning (near) incidents in one central database. From this database, trends can be identified that can then be used for an in-depth incident analysis, which can contribute to the improvement of safety.

Studies on calamities have shown that they are often caused by a series of events, also called near incidents. When organizations do not look at the near incidents, opportunities for improvement remain untapped, as these provide a lot of information about the weak links in processes.

By recording all your (near) incidents in a central location, you will end up with sufficient data to identify trends, for example which type of incidents occur more often. This is interesting information for management to use when deciding which improvements should be implemented as a priority.

Analyses within TPSCTM Cloud

The incident management application simply and quickly provides insight into root causes (RCA). You have access to integrated graphical tools, you can perform trend analyses of classified root causes, and the system can automatically generate an analysis report.

The following four well-known data analysis methods can be performed within our platform:

  1. SIRE-method;
  2. Ishikawa (fishbone diagram);
  3. PRISMA-analysis (cause tree);
  4. FMEA (prospective risk analysis).
