The last couple of days we have been exhibiting at the Patient Safety Congress in Dubai, and it has been very interesting to discuss with potential clients and industry experts about the trends in the region.
There is a big interest in a total solution for risk management and a lot of focus of improving patient care, reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the Gulf healthcare sector by implementing the right tools such as incident reporting, patient feedback, improvement actions plans, audit applications etc. to help achieve better results, automate the business processes and gain necessary accreditations. JCI is becoming increasingly used in the region.
With our partner Vital Quadro Consulting we are also establishing a new initiative called Patientsafety.ae for small clinics who do not have budget to set up their own quality team. They will be able to benefit from a package of standard applications in our platform and our partner´s consulting services to secure better processes and patient care at modest pricing to help them get started. This is a win for all patients and clinics who will be participating as this initiative provides them tooling and consultancy not previous available to them. Furthermore, the clinics will also be able to benchmark gathered data to learn from one another. If you have interest you can visit their webpage using above link and sign up directly.
Tomorrow is our last day at the conference and we thank all the people who have visited our stand to join our presentations, share experiences and discussing how the many challenges they face on a daily basis can be solved.
A big appreciation is sent to you all from TPSC and Vital Quadro Consulting.
Untill next time!
