Improving patient safety

...is a critical objective. Patients not only run a risk caused by their health problems, but also because of their presence within the health care system. It’s not just the individual human tragedy of fatal incidents, but also the damaging costs of litigation and insurance claims.

As the Patient Safety Company we created a dedicated section on our site to collect the latest trends, news and information about the issue of patient safety in the world. We hope you visit this section from time to time and you will find inspiration and ideas to reduce the number of adverse incidents in your organization.

About us

Our company was set up to help health care institutions to monitor incidents and deliver measurable improvements in patient safety. Already in 2005, we developed our first Incident Management System (IMS) to enable institutions with their first automated incident reporting.

TPSC Notify is our reporting management system to capture (near)incidents and other registrations. TPSC Inventory helps you to make an inventory of risky situations throughout the organisation. Use TPSC Anticipate to make a prospective analysis, understand risks in processes and to take adequate measures. Analyse (near) incidents retrospectively and discover underlying causes. Finally, TPSC Improve helps you to set up and to monitor improvements and to monitor progress.
