Which personal data do we process?

Why do we process personal data?
We process your personal data for contracting and deepen your relationship with The Patient Safety Company. You largely determine yourself, how far you want to extend this relationship. We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to respond to an information request regarding our products or services;
- To contact you by phone or in writing to be able to provide you our services when using our products;
- To inform you about changes in respect to our products and services;
- To send you our newsletter and/or other promotional communications, for which we have your consent.

How long do we store your data?
The Patient Safety Company stores your personal data to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Our retention period starts immediately after registration of the data and your data will be deleted when they are no longer relevant to our services.
The aforementioned terms apply unless The Patient Safety Company is obliged by law to keep personal data longer.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16 years. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without permission, please contact our data protection officer, Pardi Scheffer, at email@example.com. He will delete the information.
The Patient Safety Company does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the intervention of a person (for example, an employee of The Patient Safety Company).

The Patient Safety Company does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if
